SAFETY OVERVIEW
We've raised the standard of safety. Azera is the only car in its class to offer Blind Spot Detection, standard. It helps detect when a vehicle is in the driver's blind spot and provides both an audible and a visual alert. When reverse gear is selected, Rear Cross-traffic Alert helps identify and warn the driver of vehicles approaching from the side. Lane Change Assist measures the closing speed of an approaching vehicle in the adjacent lane to determine if changing lanes is safe and if it's not, gives an audible and visual warning.
LANE DEPARTURE WARNING
Drift outside your lane without signaling and this available system is designed to inform you with an audible and a visual cue. It turns technology into a tool that helps drivers maintain vehicle control and lane positioning.
REAR PARKING SENSORS
Along with the rearview camera, Azera's available rear parking sensors make backing up easier. Sensors in the rear bumper give you an audible warning that increases in frequency and tone as you get closer to objects it detects in the area behind your vehicle.
FORWARD COLLISION WARNING
Using a forward-sensing camera, this available feature looks down the road to determine the closing speed of your vehicle in relation to the vehicle ahead and provides an audible and visual warning to alert the driver of a potential collision.
REARVIEW DISPLAY
According to national insurance claims, over 25% of accidents happen while in reverse. When you put the Azera into reverse, the rearview image with parking guides is displayed on the Azera's 8-inch touchscreen to help increase your vision and awareness.
AUTOMATIC HIGH BEAM ASSIST
This thoughtful, available feature automatically switches from high to low beam headlights when another vehicle is detected by the front camera. While the available LED fog lights, HID headlights, and standard LED taillights not only look great but also add increased visibility.

SMART CRUISE CONTROL
When this available feature detects a vehicle in your lane ahead, it automatically slows the Azera down to maintain a safe distance with the vehicle ahead. Smart Cruise Control can even come to a full stop, then start again without driver input.
